WPC Wall Panelling Installation Instructions:
Basic Installation Procedure
Level the wall surface to ensure the substrate is flat and stable
Apply structural adhesive evenly to the back of the wall panels
Use metal strips to join the panels together
Fill gaps, level and finish the surface
Corner Bending Installation Procedure
Use a trimming machine to cut grooves into the back of the wall panels
Heat with a heat gun to bend the panels into shape
Apply structural adhesive to the back of the wall panels and secure them in place
Installation Precautions
Any uneven areas on the substrate wall must be levelled in advance; apply structural adhesive evenly to avoid patchy adhesion; control the temperature when heating with a heat gun to prevent damage to the panel’s surface film.
